For over 30 years, I have been involved in the optimisation of HR & IT business processes in large global companies. From the perspective of a management adviser, software developer and a business association for small and medium-sized companies.
Frequent topics are the strategy and redesign of HR and IT operating models (services, processes, organisation, governance, partner management, architecture, finance), conception of job & skill architectures, performance management analyses, benchmarking, profitability analyses, sourcing support (conception, tenders, contracts, negotiations), transformation support in digitalisation.
My current passion lies in the new opportunities through AI-based skills management. Starting with job architectures (incl. skills), anchoring of skills in all HR processes, selecting the ‘right’ software incl. implementation process together with the necessary cultural and procedural change.
I studied industrial engineering with a doctorate at KIT (TU Karlsruhe). Since then, I have continued to learn with my clients on a daily basis ;-)
