Svetlana is an experienced Benefits specialist who helps take care of QuidelOrtho’s EMEA employee population in 27 countries. She takes part in Benefits Strategy creation, benefits communication and cultural adaptation. With new job architecture she had to participate in mapping new benefits to new levels. Svetlana works closely with healthcare, life insurance and pension providers to ensure best value and correct administration, both collaborating with mediators and dealing directly.
