However, career shifts within a company come with challenges—balancing workforce flexibility, maintaining business culture, and ensuring employees remain engaged. This session will share insights on how to effectively integrate AI into talent management strategies while fostering a culture that embraces career mobility, continuous learning, and internal gig opportunities.
